Based on the conceptual difficulties that exist today and the lack of epistemological studies in the scientific production of tourism, this study is an attempt to contribute to the advancement in construction of knowledge and theory of tourism. By the statement of a field of analysis and articulation of the axles comprising it addresses the phenomenon in the context of complex thought and transdisciplinary.
