Abstract

LADRON DE GUEVARA, María Carmen et al. The Teacher Researchers Belong to the Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades of the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba as Remote Users of the University Libraries. Inf. cult. soc. [online]. 2012, n.26, pp.65-81. ISSN 1851-1740.

The results of the research "The teacher researchers belong to the Facultad de Filosofía y Humanidades (FFyH) of the Universidad Nacional de Cordoba (UNC) as remote users of the university libraries" are outlined. The aims of the research are to know if the PHS teacher researchers are remote users of the university libraries and to identify their habits and behaviors related to the use of the Web. This research will allow building a user profile in order to satisfy their information needs. The analysis of the information obtained revealed the teacher researchers situation about their integration and appropriation of the Internet, especially those remote tools and services offered by the PHS library.
