Resumen

PULGAR, F; VILLAR, J  y  ALCOLEA, A. Cutaneous leishmaniasis in Spain. Rev. argent. dermatol. [online]. 2011, vol.92, n.3. ISSN 1851-300X.

An 84-years-old woman from Spain with papules-nodules, some ulcerated in the lower limbs is reported.  The therapeutic response to the meglumine was satisfactory with a residual scar as only secuelae.  The Cutaneous Leishmaniasis is infrequent in Spain.
