This paper shows the first work in honor of the Professor Pedro H. Magnin, MD; the elective topic is: geometric phagedenism, synonym of pyoderma gangrenosum. Magnin's report is reviewed and analysed. Based on that, clinical variants, new syndromes that join pyoderma gangrenosum and modern treatments are included and updated.
