We report the case of an infant with a raised irregular, congenital, located in the left inferior extremity and well defined borders tumor, hard and painful on palpation, and erythematous-violaceous coloration with a central crusty-scarified area. It´s vascular nature and atypical clinical presentation, their diagnosis through adequate clinic pathological correlation was made. Topical treatment with high potency steroid was successful.
