We present a case of a 15 days of life,  with extensive skin and underlying tissue tumor, raised, reddish-purple, firm and tender to the touch with petechiae and disseminated superficial, bruising abdomen and right lower extremity are involved. Present from birth and rapidly progressive that required emergency treatment conditioned by laboratory abnormalities.
