Epidermal cysts of the scalp are a more frequent benign pathology in the General Surgery office. The majority of cases is a banal problem that is solved in a simple way; however, the anatomo-pathological result of lymphoma is an infrequent problem that must be taken into account due to the clinical importance it entails.

We present the case of a patient in whom, among several epidermal cysts extirpated, a non-Hodking lymphoma, currently being treated opportunely for such pathology.

Although in most cases the epidermal cysts, it could not be forgotten that they may present uncommon pathologies but of vital importance to the patient, so, in the face of a scalp tumor, the doctor must enrich his list of diagnoses differentials.
