Angiosarcoma is an aggressive malignant tumor of the vascular endothelial cells, and its clinical presentation is varied and of late diagnosis. The present case has a female patient, aged 83 who has multiple painful ulcers in scalp, whose lack of treatment response required a biopsy, where it was found an angiosarcoma. The immunohistochemistry of the lesion was positive for CD34 and vimentin, and negative for S-100 and Melan-A. This tumor develops in older people and is highly invasive withpoor prognosis. Its diagnosis requires high rates of suspicion and todate there is not a defined treatment for this pathology.
