Resumen

MUSSETTI, L et al. Cutaneous Metastasis in a patient with Ovarian Adenocarcinoma. Rev. argent. dermatol. [online]. 2020, vol.101, n.1, pp.31-40. ISSN 1851-300X.

Cutaneous metastases are an infrequent manifestation of internal neoplasms. Its diagnosis requires a high index of clinical suspicion, since the findings can be subtle. These reveal the presence of a disseminated malignant tumor and can allow the diagnosis of unknown internal neoplasms, or indicate the dissemination or recurrence of others already diagnosed. MC of ovarian carcinoma usually appears in advanced disease and may indicate a poor prognosis. Early recovery can carry out an accurate and rapid diagnosis, with timely emergency treatment, although in most cases they are indicators of an unfortunate prognosis.

Palabras clave : Cutaneous metastasis; ovarian adenocarcinoma; neoplasms.
