Abstract

Henoch-Schönlein purpura (HSP) is a self-limited a leukocytoclastic vasculitis, the most case have palpable purpura skin manifestations with arthralgia strong abdominal pain, and renal function compromise.

We report a pediatric case of purpura with hemorrhagic blisters rare variety of presentation and difficult diagnosis.
