Abstract

DE LLANO, Aymará. The construction of latin-american identities: An approach to the negrism. Rev. Pilquen [online]. 2010, n.12, pp.00-00. ISSN 1851-3123.

In this paper we discuss about the ways of identity construction skewing towards literary negrismo but still thinking within the Latin American literary system. In the way of heterogeneity, we propose that literary series are integrated into a system and not as belonging to a subsystem peripheral, subordinate or from margins. We will explore how the essayists José Vasconcelos and José Carlos Mariátegui present the black subject in their works.

Keywords : Latin America; Identity; Negrism; Heterogeneity.
