In June of 1974 the Argentine Ministry of Economy elaborates and he puts in study the Project of Agrarian Law, in order to regulate the use, dominion and possession of the Earth, using the fundament that the Earth should have a social function. The plaintext of the project, of 195 articles, is published the 5 of June of 1974 by the newspaper La Nación; quickly the news acquires relevance and it reproduces in the national press, bringing about adverse reactions as much as favorable in the different agrarian organizations. The intention of this study is to analyze the argumentative schemes used by La Opinión newspaper, to construct a discourse in favor of the project. As methodological tools a re used some propose categories by the Critical Analysis of the Discourse.
