The interest for epistemological reflection assumes for history an increasing value. The facts do not impose themselves. Historians write within time and space that influence their explanations. Past representations are built from the present. History weaves an argumentative plot to distinguish the symbolic and factual of the past and its political use. Popular governments such as Peronism make the media and the foundational past of the Nation a doctrinal use to retain society and show its management. Actions and speeches are analyzed here in relation to the social and historical time about a topic that is current for the history of the present time.
