In 1933 six teachers were accused by the Argentine Popular Commission against Communism, of propagating political ideas linked to Marxism in the Federal Capital schools. The case, where the inspectors of the National Council of Education (CNE) intervened with the procedural mechanisms of the educational bureaucracy. It took an unexpected course, when one of the accused teachers relapsed on a punitive sanction whose causes deviated from the complaint that motivated the investigation.
