ABSTRACT In the following article we propose to analyze different productive and political experiences oriented to the social economy in the city of Rosario. To this end, we first described some specific aspects of the policies developed from the Under-Secretariat for Solidarity Economy of the municipality of Rosario, taking into account the national and local context in which this dependency is formed. In particular, our interest lies in addressing the heterogeneous practices, relationships and meanings that construct entrepreneurial and cooperative subjects in interactions with social policies. For this analysis we will make reference to the diverse trajectories of the subjects that come together in the conformation of the different experiences and in the modalities of connection with the State. Through this analysis, we seek to reconstitute the transactional field configured around the social policies of solidarity social economy, highlighting the state concessions to the demands of the subjects and the subjections / adaptations of these to the requirements of the policies, regulations, regulations and controls.
