Abstract

CERUSO, Diego  and  SCHIAVI, Marcos. La organización obrera de base en una época en transición: las comisiones internas en los orígenes del peronismo (1936-1947). El caso de los textiles y los metalúrgicos. Ciclos hist. econ. soc. [online]. 2012, vol.20, n.39, pp.00-00. ISSN 1851-3735.

The workers union in the workplace has been much debated in Argentinian historiography. In particular, the "comisiones internas" are usually identified as the more relevant union representation in the workplace. Our main goal is to analyze the formation and development of "comisiones internas" in the textile and metallurgical industries between 1936 and 1947. The temporary cut will enable us to highlight the changes in union structures in a transitional period and allow us to establish links of continuity and elements of break in their development. The emergence of Peronism in national politics meant, among other consequences, a new relationship between the State and workers. The structures of trade union representation in the factory were related with this change. Analyze the internal functioning of these "comisiones internas" is revealed as the primary focus of our presentation. Study this process will allow us to further knowledge of the impact of the emergence of Peronism in Argentina, understand more clearly the new link between the working class and the state, and visualize the structural conditions on which the Peronism built his project.
