In this work we intend to look at the history of the company ALUAR in its various implications. We go since its installation in the framework of poles of development projects, training of a group worker who is to be functional to the company, until the first independent labor organization experiences, struggles, resistance and change. Develop further the process in the 90s, after the imposition hegemony of finance capital project, observing there changes that occur in the region and the role of ALUAR. Widely used concepts discussed here, such as "des industrialization", and reflect on the role of government in this new phase of the capitalism. We detail the transformations, the points of rupture in the process and the latest strikes, which occur in the context of the enlarged ALUAR productive. It is clear that during the '90s there were changes in the struggle of the working class and its methods of organization. This happens also in the bourgeoisie, who was doing different parts of your project through the establishment of structural unemployment, the disciplining of the working class and the further exploitation of the employed workforce. The description and analysis of the major conflicts can understand in greater depth the development of this process.
