The purpose of this research was to develop a system based on fuzzy logic techniques to obtain the grades of the students of Mathematics at university. The evaluations of two courses of the subject Geometry III (Projective) of the Mathematics Teacher Training College of the Faculty of Exact, Chemical and Natural Sciences of the State University of Misiones, corresponding to the cohorts 2013 and 2014 were the object of the present study. Two MAMDANI type fuzzy controllers were designed, which depended on the intrinsic characteristics of the evaluation system of the subject, modeled with the FIS Matlab® tool. The results provided by the system of fuzzy controllers were compared to those from the traditional evaluation process for the same periods. The research results show the elimination of possible errors in determining the assessment for accreditation. The characteristics and performance of the students are also taken into account.
