The training of psychologists and professors in Psychology is crossed by theaims that every professional electionsummons. On theonehand, it is considered the legitimatesubjectivemotivation, but also, a collective and community purpose. It is part of universityeducation to convey ethical-deontological aspects that the future professional can appropriate and include in the construction of their specializedperformance. We introduce here a research project (Universidad Nacional de La Plata, 2019-2022) from which it is intended to make an issue of and articulate theuniversity training with the practices and professional update carried out by recentgraduates. The study is focused on the perspectivesof the actors, considering that these aspects are part of their professional knowledge and allow them to orientatetheir role. The research design is qualitative, exploratory-descriptive and flexible. It integratesdifferentintentionalsamples from the triangulation of techniques (surveysand in-depth interviews). The final purpose is aimed to trying to place the scope of the incorporation of the Ethics and Professional Deontologyarea in the curricula of our academicunit, its teaching and the effectiveappropriation made by the recipientswithin the framework of universityeducation,pursuing the construction of a committed and responsible professional identity
