The article approaches to the subject of information production in the communication media during the period between 1973 and 1983 from a cultural and historic perspective. It examines the instruments and mechanisms of censorship and repression applied inside the Servicios de Radio y Televisión at the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba. This contributed to impose an iron hand control over the content of the broadcasts, in a specific context signaled by the government's interventionism in media management and the development of censorship policies, overemphasized after the coup d'état in 1976. In this setting we try to visualize the staff's resistance or adaptation means while the company was subject of intervention by the political power and the army before and during the dictatorship that started in 1976
