From the publication of the book El fusilamiento de Joaquín Penina de Aldo Oliva, the present article brings to light the official documentation produced by the Municipality of Rosario around this event.  The work shows one of the intervention modalities forgot that the State had at the beginning of the years 1930s.  Likewise it tries to reflect on the conditions of possibility for the production of practices and senses around the political murder and the deprivation of the identity that suffered Penina in the symbolic plan during the "debates" in the Deliberative Council of Rosario rehabilitated partly of the formal mechanisms of a restricted political system
