In an unbalanced context between production and consumption, and in the presence of regulating and planning state policies during Peronist Government, that aimed at protecting and promoting industrial development by adding value to commodities, the present investigation studies the different strategies of state intervention applied to vitivicultural activities and its effects on the production performance, as well as the transformations of the role of the State in economic matters and the relationship between the latter and the actors involved in the province
