Abstract

RAUS, Diego Martín. El sentido de la política en la sociedad de diferencias. Postdata [online]. 2006, n.11, pp.75-102. ISSN 1851-9601.

The ideas discussed in this article, being preliminar of a more extensive theoric proposal, consist on trying to answer the question of how is constituted the meaning that politics have for the citizen-actors. A reconstituted political sense is supposed starting from two aspects: on one hand, the social and institutional structural transformations that emerge on (mainly occidental) societies, from the 80s and 90s of the last century, and on the other hand, of an appreciation and acceptance of the intrasocial differences, in cultural and political terms, that created a scism with the politics interpretation and construction paradigms of the 20th century, which had a tendency for omnicomprehensive and absolutive schemes of politic thinking and acting.

Keywords : Political sense; Cultural differences; Institutional change; Actor; Action.
