Abstract The author of this paper bases its analysis on a finding made in 2001 to ten years: the high degree of productivity of politics from that situation, revealed in significant developments in the politics of Latin America where changes to century were not limited to alternation in government, but deeper dimensions covered, linked to the ways of doing politics in the societies of the region. Wondering if we're on the right track trying to frame Latin America within a continuun left-right dichotomy since that would have hindered the consideration of the specificity of each country. The second section proposes an interpretation of «fenómeno kirchnerista» from political strategies implemented since 2003 in Argentina and invoking the classic text de Halperin Donghi, La larga agonía de la Argentina peronista, opens way analysis to discuss the legacy this agony: Peronismo itself.
