In this paper we analyze some aspects that characterized the dynamics of a labor dispute in the 70s into one of the most important metallurgical factories in the city of Bahia Blanca in those years, the metallurgical Bertrán Hnos. We will focus on the historical reconstruction of some specific aspects that made the dynamics of collective action of workers in the company. We examine how the processes of conflict experienced by the workers, left collective subjective marks on them, which operated in the construction of their forms of solidarity. We believe that the forms of organization within the assembly space of the congress delegate was fundamental to think construction workers solidarity that did not exist a priori or emerged «naturally» in the context of the fight, but they were built in thick of it.
