Abstract
CORDISCO, Marina; SCOPONI, Liliana and DURAN, Regina. El agroturismo desde el paradigma del trabajo en red y la coopetencia: Estudio de caso en pymes del partido de Cnel. Suárez, Buenos Aires. SaberEs [online]. 2012, vol.4, n.1, pp.00-00. ISSN 1852-4418.
This article focuses on the nature of the network developed by the Grupo de Cambio Rural (INTA) "Cortaderas II" of Coronel Suárez (Buenos Aires province) in the field of agrotourism. It also seeks to explore if that particular kind of institutional networking falls in the concept of coopetition as long as both, cooperation and conflict, occur. It is a case study in which information was gathered throughout interviews, surveys and direct observation. Preliminary results show that the Grupo de Cambio Rural sets up as a local business network whose agents participate without internal hierarchies in the value chain, mainly seeking solutions to market access. The predominant attitude is cooperation and solidarity. However, as the network evolves over time, rupture and competitive behavior may arise among its members as a result of internal symmetries, competition and shared knowledge.
