Abstract

Society today it's interested in having new products and increasingly more personal services that improve their quality of life and provide them with catalythic experiences but on the other hand, they also have and increased interest in the way these goods and services are produced, the impact they have in the environment and in ensuring apt living conditions for future generations. Bearing this tendency in mind, through a survey of primary and secondary sources, a review of some approaches currently used by entrepreneurs, such as disruptive innovation and design thinking, was conducted. In addition, recommendations were made in order to achieve innovative ventures. Is also part of this work an initial theorical approach to management models known as social businesses, spiritual entrepreneurship and neuroethics, which are becoming new ways of responsible entrepreneurship. In this framework, a final thought about the principal difference between these models is established, which could be the starting point for additional research.
