Resumen

VIDOSA, Regina. The relationship between the institutional forms of labour and the soybean chain in the post-convertibility period. SaberEs [online]. 2017, vol.9, n.2, pp.157-175. ISSN 1852-4418.

Since 2003, a regime of accumulation has been generated in Argentina, which shows itself as an inflection point in relation to the previous period. First, there is a significant growth in the goods production sector, over the rest of the sectors. Apart from this, a number of policies are implemented in order to partially reinstitutionalize labour standards, which leads to a relative improvement of the labour market indicators. One of the main sectors motioning the performance of the regime at a national scale is the agriculture, especially the soybean oil chain. In this context, a question can be posed about how much correspondence is there between the institutional forms of labour displayed by the regime at a national scale and the way in which those forms are materialized within one of the main export complexes of the period: the soybean oil chain. To be more specific, it is intended to see if the chain stages reveal the same positive transformations that can be observed in the labour market at a national scale, specifically in employment growth, diminution of informal work and the wage dynamics, among others.

Palabras clave : Labor Market; Soybean Oil Chain; Regimen of Accumulation.
