The aim of this work is to approach the complexity and dynamic of the indigenous representation by the analysis of their organization and political practice, located in the urban areas of Buenos Aires. Through the notions of "Cacique", "Representante" and "Presidente" -as a methodological distinction- we expect to make visible the heterogeneity of the inter and intra-ethnic relationships in the actual public context of major participation.
