In this paper we presentthe resultsofthe integration of variouslines of evidence related to the study ofa ceramiccontainerrecoveredat the site ofCorralAlto (Antofagasta de la Sierra, Prov. Catamarca). We analyze morpho- technological characteristics of the vesselrelatedto their useto enquire into the daily practicesrelated tothe collection,use, processing or storage of vegetal resources. At the sametime, we conducted a multiplemicrofossilanalysis (phytoliths and starches among other evidences) to identify the use and/orconsumption of wildand domesticatedplant resourcesbyagro-pastoralist groups during theLate Period(ca. 1000- 500 BP) in the Southern Puna.
