Abstract

PEREZ ZAMBON, Silvina; SCILLETTA, Delia  and  MALDAVSKY, David. Analysis of the verbal response to the Person-in-the-rain test. Application of the David Liberman Algorithm (DLA). Subj. procesos cogn. [online]. 2013, vol.17, n.1, pp.206-231. ISSN 1852-7310.

The aims of this work are to present a method of analysis (procedures in the study of narratives and speech acts using the DLA) for the study of the wishes and defenses manifested in the verbalizations originated by the application of the Person in the Rain Test (DAPR), and determine if this method comprises differential sensibility. The DLA instruments are applied, following the suggested procedures, to a sample of 40 subjects, during a job interview. Once the material has been collected the analysis of the verbal manifestations takes place followed by a comparison with what was observed on the level of the graph.

Keywords : DAPR; DLA; Verbal manifestations; Wishes; Defenses.
