In family groups where a sexual offense occurs, expert's investigation has often found itself involved in mystery, secrecy and many times it is impossible to prove the fact when you bring it to justice. The purpose of this paper is to offer a contribution to the assessment of intrafamily sexual offenses through the use of a relationship graphic: The Joint Drawing, and not exclusively in the case of receiving an accusation, but so that it may be useful in clinical practices because, as in the case described, or faced to evaluations within the family courts when the capacity to better sustain parenthood is considered, and in those occasions where abuse is deemed natural and no accusations are filed, much less when it is the possible abuser the one who is making the consultation. This element would offer the family group and the professionals an opportunity of witnessing the staging of the family or the relationship under consideration. The aim is to offer a contribution to detect who would be invading the child, which are the actions and who performs them, causing in the child a damage that would affect his/ her normal psycho-sexual evolution, and alter the acceptance of gender according to and characteristic of the age. Thus we consider the value of the graphic through both individual and relationship background and psychoanalysis. We then analyze it with two image and visual signs research instruments, and we tend to validate the instrument through the quantification of desires, that is to say, fixations that prevail and analysis of the defenses at stake as well as their conditions: successful, failed or mixed, for which we take into account the actions and graphic productions.
