The aim of the present work is to showthe new association Nithrophilo australis-Distichletum scopariae in saline wetlandsof Monte Austral in the province ofNeuquén , Argentina.The study was performed accordingto the Braun-Blanquet phytosociologicalmethod. Major structural, ecological, floristicand syntaxonomical aspects aredescribed.
