This article propose it´s to approach to the trade union´s role in labor justice through the analysis of judicial files from the Labor Court N°1 of La Plata in which they have participation, between 1948 & 1955. The article inquire into a understudied aspect of trade unions as a diffusers and guarantors of worker´s rights in a specific regulatory framework that reject them as actors in dispute. This participation changed the individual character of the labor´s courts, although it aloud the domestication of the labor conflict.
