Senegalese migration arrived in Argentina in the mid-1990s and saw an increased flow towards 2008. Despite the efforts made from different approaches to study this trend, it has yet been impossible to assess its magnitude or get any other socio-demographic data of said population. This paper presents the main results of a quantitative survey carried out among the Senegalese population residing in various areas within Argentine territory and conveys their main limitations.
