The intention of the work consist of analyzing the legislation on the crime of attacks against the property between half-full of century XIX and the sanction of penal code elaborated by Carlos Tejedor (1878) trying to establish ruptures and continuities, as well as the effective application of such norms in the first criminal instance with jurisdiction to south of the Salado river of the effective legal culture during the colonial period followed in use during the nineteenth-century century.
