This concise study, after capturing a biographical profile of Jose Adrian Negri, analyzes the approach and structure of the work, studies its legal historical and historical perspective, its scholarly apparatus and its sources, legislative and bibliographical, national and foreign; sets some considerations on the notarial legal and political thought of its author and; finally, it succinctly examines his influence and gravitation in the historical study of the National Notarial Institution and its law.
