The issue of continuity of tradition after 1810 indiana presented in the criminal law of particular interest because although this right was severely criticized by the men of the eighteenth century and of many reform efforts, the study of criminal law must homeland from the premise of the subsistence of Indian law inherited. Following these ideas, the paper analyzes how far remained the hallmarks of Indian criminal legal thought, even as part of a process aimed to achieve legislative reform in relation to the characterization of bribery made Carlos Tejedor in its draft criminal code.
