Resumen
ANAPIOS, Luciana. La ley de jubilaciones de 1924 y la posición del anarquismo en la Argentina. Rev. hist. derecho [online]. 2013, n.46. ISSN 1853-1784.
The aim of this article is to analyze the position of the Argentine anarchist movement before the 1924 Pensions Act. Precisely due to the fact that this is one of the currents of the local left which was strongly opposed to its enforcement, this shall allow a discussion on some predominant assumptions during the investigations on this matter. The building of a favorable consensus to the State intervention in labor-management relations in Argentina was part of a historical process which took place within the interwar years. To start with this acknowledgement shall let us analyze the different positions that the Act generated within the organized labor movement, and particularly that of the anarchism which, as shall be observed, was not homogeneous, nor were its arguments just the result of its doctrinal principles. The opposition of the union confederations must be analyzed and problematized, as it is part of that historical process and it is essential to understand and to explain the failure of this Act in the mid-1920s.
