Félix Varela y Morales began doctrinal teach of Constitution in Cuba under the Liberal Triennium. First time in Cuba he wrote about constitutional theory, sovereignty, social agreement and powers division. This article analyzes the content of them on Félix Varela work's during 1818 to 1824.
