After Study Plan of 1815, authored by Gregorio Funes, University of Córdoba change its teaching program several times before being nationalized in 1854. It is interesting to examine the changes, although in all cases were partial or minor, indicated by experience or by the need to incorporate some new study, because it occurred in a juridical culture of transition, that gave new meaning to old ideas, to adapt them to a different time. In the years between Revolution and Constitution (even with some temporary extension), University men worried, in speeches and academic practices, in modeling and disseminating a juridical culture, whose characteristics came from different paradigms. From this perspective has new meaning changes in the legal and theological teaching at the University, as the reform of 1818 by Governor Manuel Antonio de Castro, and especially, José Gregorio Baigorrí reform, approved in 1823, when the University was ruled by the province.
