Resumen

BERALDI, Nicolás. The implementation of the justice of the peace court system in Córdoba. Liberal keys in a traditional world?  (1855-1883). Rev. hist. derecho [online]. 2017, n.53. ISSN 1853-1784.

This article aims to analyze the inclusion of the justice of the peace court system within the institutional framework of the province of Cordoba, based on an analysis of the processes of change undergone by the organization of its minor justices, from the first regulations of justice to the Ley sobre Organización de Tribunales of 1875. At the same time, it will seek to analyze what modifications have been made to its incorporation in relation to other state organizations (both judicial and administrative) upon which the province already counted. Fundamentally it shows the impact of municipal organization and the recently created campaign police, as well as the effect on the former judicial bodies. We will seek to analyze the context of change in which the incorporation of the justice of the peace took place within the institutional structure of Cordoba, taking as an example the paradigm of the Reglamento de Administración de Justicia y Policía de la Campaña of 1856 and the Ley sobre Organización de Tribunales of 1875.

Palabras clave : Justice of the Peace court system; Municipalities; Campaign Police; Functions.
