This implies, to orient them on which behaviors are necessary to make real the strategic goals of the organization; and, at the same time, to fortify those behaviors that constitute the identity and shaped the corporate values. The article focuses also on the importance of having colleagues who not only know, but also value the organization offers that aim to retain and get them motivated. Finally, every day is more evident and relevant than an organization ties with its environment and makes their colleagues become contributors of its corporate responsibility.
