Problems concerning indigenous peoples haven´t ceased to constitute anthropological concern topics till now. This article analyze, from this perspective, the relationship between indigenous peoples and information and communication technologies (ICT). To do this, from the analysis of indigenist policies in the field of ICT and particularly the Law N° 26.522/09, Law of Audiovisual Communication Services of Argentina (LSCA), this study will research which are the underlying symbolizations and representations with respect to the indigenous peoples and that permeate these policies.
