In this issue of Cuadernos del Centro de Estudios en Diseño, we analyze, from its multiple significances, a complex and wide crossover between research and Design. We organize these reflections in three axes, considering different epistemological and aesthetic perspectives that work on Design objects of study. The First, particularly oriented to analyze Design epistemology, a second axis incorporates the teaching perspective and the third one, inserts the aesthetic variable and it´s composed of different cases.
