From the end of the 20th century, in Argentina, different projects which proposes the arts as a tool for social inclusion started to blossom. In consequence, many authors have focused their researches about the “arts” and the social dimension of it in a group or community. Following this line of thoughts, our goals are focused on children and youth choirs, located in Gran Buenos Aires (the suburban area) and managed by the State. From the survey developed during 2016-2018, we present a depiction, from a descriptive-comparative perspective of the obtained data, about some aspects that are highlighted topics in the dispute for the meanings of doing, involved in the designs of cultural politics of every administration.
