This paper analyzesthe empirical reality that Geography studies as Earth system and Worlds ystem. It focuses on Technosphere and its spatial components that form Geotechnosphera with global reach. With its origin in scientific activity, Geographic Information Technologies (GIT) are beginning to be widely-used by society, and so, the new context is observed from diverse scales: the world (globalization of geographical data through the network), science (Global Geography) and society (Neogeography). Main prospects of GIS acronym as Geographical Information Society.
