The southern localities of the province of Cordoba were constituted as dynamic areas from the impulse generated by the so-called agro-export model that articulated a set of spaces based on the exploitation of their lands. Today the mechanisms of production and marketing redefine their strategies. The rural space is manifested through new processes and capital is more likely to take advantage of the specificities that exist in the local from the production of extra local models. The overall objective of this work is to analyze and understand how the territory of Coronel Moldes Río Cuarto department - Córdoba works when it is used by companies, institutions or the State, as well as the patterns and relationships generated and intensified from such use in the 1970 to 2015 period.
