Abstract

GARGANTINI, Daniela  and  PERESINI, Natalí. Representations and joint-action strategies of public and private agents in relation to the government of urban land in the city of Cordoba (Argentina). Estudios Socioterritoriales [online]. 2017, vol.21. ISSN 1853-4392.

The city, as a space of dispute, demands the recognition of the heterogeneity of agents, interests and capital at stake in its construction, which are manifestations of different degrees of power that affect and define the predominant directions of action in the territory. From a qualitative approach, this article presents the progress of the investigation referred to the government of urban land in the Cordoba city (Argentina), from the inquiry and confrontation of representations of public and private influential agents, their logic, relationship and action, around urban land conflicts. These advances are trying to make significant contributions to the understanding of the problems associated with access, control and governance of urban land in the city and proposing resolution strategies.

Keywords : Governance of urban land; Agents; Representations; Urban conflicts.
