Resumen
ENSABELLA, Beatriz y CHIAVASSA, Sergio. Changes in spatial configuration and new mobilizations around water: Las Sierras Chicas de Córdoba, Argentina, pos-inundación 2015. Estudios Socioterritoriales [online]. 2019, vol.26. ISSN 1853-4392.
Located in the eastern slopes of the Sierras Chicas, the cities of the Córdoba Metropolitan Area have historically maintained social conflicts associated with water problems, due to scarcity or flooding. In the article, we are interested in analyzing the territorial map that emerged as a result of the February 2015 flood, a catastrophe that took 8 lives. Interpreting the network of actors, their links, interests, actions and proposals, is essential to understand the possible frameworks for discussion and for the implementation of policies focused on participation and consensus. What is presented is the reconfiguration of the territory from the physical, social and public policy changes that arose in response to the damage caused by the floods. The intention is to (re) build knowledge and proposals generated from social organizations, the provincial government and municipalities.
